Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Drug Law Travel Map (“the platform”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful, informational, and compliance-education purposes. You may not use the platform to obtain instructions for acquiring, transporting, concealing, or using controlled or illegal substances, to violate any law, to interfere with the platform’s operation or security, or to access data that does not belong to you. The platform provides informational content and does not encourage or facilitate illegal activity.
2. User responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the information provided. Laws change frequently and enforcement varies, so you must independently verify all requirements with the relevant embassy, customs authority, health authority, or government agency before you travel. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for your own travel decisions and outcomes.
3. Account terms
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the platform. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual property
The platform, including its content, design, compilations of data, branding, and software, is owned by Drug Law Travel Map or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the platform for your personal, informational purposes but may not copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from the platform without our prior written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Information is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drug Law Travel Map is not liable for any traveler outcomes, legal consequences, confiscations, denied entry, arrest, detention, or any other damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the platform. 6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Drug Law Travel Map operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
